JON RICHE


BIOGRAPHY

After studying illustration and animation at UCE Birmingham, I graduated with First Class Honours in Visual Communication.

I quickly moved into directing music video’s for artists such as Kasabian, Moby and The Feeling.

I’ve made commercials for the likes of, IBM, Nissan, Ikea and Nike. 

Talent worked with includes: Sharon Horgan, Graham Norton, Chris Evans, Gordon Ramsey, Michael Gambon and Paul Kaye.

I’ve also won several awards and nominations for my commercials work – D&AD, Cannes Lions, BTAA Arrows and the APA 50.

Alongside the advertising work I also write and direct for tv and have collaborated with comedians such as Nick Helm, Romesh Ranganathan, Sarah Pascoe, Asim Chaudrey, Pat Cahil and Spencer Jones with whom I created ‘Big Babies’, a BAFTA nominated and award winning children’s television show produced for the BBC.

Recent projects include tv commercials for The Woodsman Whisky, Dominos, and Maltesers. A BBC comedy pilot starring Nick Helm for Baby Cow. A BAFTA nominated BBC Short starring Spencer Jones for Tiger Aspect and a personal project featuring a very naughty cat and dog.
